My background is in automation as a system designer and quality control manager. In these roles, I have worked on large long-term projects for the Royal Netherlands Army, KZA, ING, and Equans (formerly Engie).
Tim and I have been working together on energy projects since 2005. In late 2019, we decided to establish Managed Grid BV to better and more professionally support the market.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, reading, and playing board/role-playing games. I particularly enjoy sitting down with multiple people during a role-playing game. This often involves coordinated teamwork, and coordinated teamwork is precisely what we do with our partners of Managed Grid.

When it comes to managing a grid, it is important to provide the right information to the right stakeholders in a timely manner. I gather available, relevant information from external partners and build inbound and outbound website interfaces to display this information. We have built a long-standing relationship with our partners and regularly maintain personal contact. Our mutual interests ensure continuous availability of information and data. Our websites help make current and historical data transparent in real-time. For example, when there is an issue an email and/or SMS text message is sent to the relevant stakeholders.
